Greetings to you. It might not be easy.
I wrote 'Hinomoto' in the Search box above, and got many others looking for manuals.
I searched 'Hinomoto Tractor' in Wiki and learned that company is now owned by Hitachi, so you might ask them.
I searched 'Hinomoto Manual' in Google and found many requests (including yours) and several firms offering manuals but I don't know if they are legitimate.
If these searches don't help, you could find someone who reads Japanese, and hire them to find the manuals in Japan and translate what you need.
If a tractor was designed to be sold in a certain country, the manufacturer then provides support (parts, and manuals in that country's language). But if somebody just bought used tractors that had been designed for sale in Japan, and sold them cheap in countries they were not designed for, it is not likely that the company will offer support. ....

I am not sure what the differences are between an N179 and C174 but I have a C174 manual, parts and operators manuals. Actually it is an Allis Chalmers 5015 crossover, same as a C174, if that will help. Let me know I will try to zip it and send it if wanted. ....

Thank you for your rapid response. Already looking to book a lot more in Japan. Toronto also found a copy (tractorpartscatalog) but was expensive for me. Unfortunately, can not be sent in digital form. If I will not have another chance to buy it there. The tractor I bought second hand and it looks like you never exported outside of Japan. It is therefore very difficult to find the book. Thank you for your help. ....
